We are a team of two with very limited resources - we will endeavour to ship your orders ASAP, but your patience is appreciated :) If you require express or urgent shipping, please contact us at info@thesoilpodcast.com.

SHIPPING - PRE-ORDERS

Orders for the hemp/organic cotton LISTEN TO SOIL t-shirt and 100% organic cotton PROTECT THE LIFE WITHIN SOILS long-sleeve t-shirt will be sent by mid December.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

Returns + exchanges are available on all full-priced purchases (excluding face masks) within 7 days of receiving your item. please contact info@thesoilpodcast.com to arrange a return. No refunds or exchanges for sale items. 

Pre-orders: returns + exchanges are available within 7 days of receiving your item. 

Faulty items: please contact info@thesoilpodcast.com within 7 days of receiving your item. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers must cover all shipping costs for returns + exchanges, unless the item is deemed faulty. 

SHIPPING:

All items are shipped with Australia post.

Australian orders - $10 regular shipping

International orders - $20 flat rate regular shipping / $30 for US orders (due to tarrifs). Please get in touch if you require express shipping.
